The Membership
How does the Quest subscription work?
Each month, we release a new premium preset collection. As a Quest member, you receive a monthly preset credit, refreshed on the Members Homepage each month. Use it on the newest release or choose from 70+ collections in the Legacy Archive — the choice is always yours.
What is included with my subscription?
Your Quest membership includes:

  • Complimentary access to Archipelago Presets Society
Everything is designed to help you build your library intentionally and evolve your editing over time.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
There are two subscription options: one (1) month or six (6) months. The one-month option is $12 USD/month. The six-month option is $10 USD/month. Your first fee is charged at sign-up, then renews automatically on your chosen cycle for as long as your subscription remains active.
Can I purchase sets released prior to my subscription?
Yes — sets created prior to your subscription start can be purchased in the Legacy Archive. Members receive exclusive member pricing on all Legacy sets.
Forgot to use your credit?
No problem. Reach out to us at support@archipelagoquest.com, let us know which month you missed, and we'll get your credit code sent to you via email.
Your Presets
What version of Lightroom do I need?
Quest Presets & Profiles are designed for the newest Adobe Lightroom subscription versions. Always run the most up-to-date version of Lightroom or ACR/PS to take full advantage of Quest tools. They are also compatible with the current Lightroom Mobile App, but must be installed on desktop first to sync to mobile. Quest presets will not work with older standalone versions of LR/ACR.
How do I install the Quest presets & profiles?

Can Quest presets be used in Lightroom Mobile?
Yes — but they must be installed in the desktop version of Lightroom CC first in order to sync to the mobile app. We have a video tutorial that walks you through the full process.
Will these presets work on various camera platforms?
Quest presets & profiles are designed to work on RAW files in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, and ACR in Photoshop. They can be used on JPG files in Lightroom, though results will differ as JPGs have in-camera edits already applied. They were developed and tested on RAW files from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Pentax, and Leica, among others.
How many computers can I install these presets on?
Each license includes a five (5) seat license — authorizing up to five natural persons and/or computers within your organization. If you require additional seats, contact us at support@archipelagoquest.com.

How do I reset my Quest membership password?
You can reset your Quest membership password right here.
How do I cancel my Quest subscription?
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time — your membership will not renew after the current billing period ends. You keep access to gated content for the remainder of your billing cycle, and all presets you downloaded during your membership are yours to keep.
  1. Log into your Customer Account
  2. Click Account, then Memberships
  3. Click on the member area you want to cancel
  4. Click Go Manage Subscription
  5. Click Cancel Subscription, then confirm

How do I recover lost presets?
Make sure you are logged in to the Quest Members page, then select the Account button in the top right. From there, select the Orders tab, find the order you wish to recover, and click Download item. We recommend always keeping a backup of your original ZIP files.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes — the email confirmation you receive with your Quest order includes the invoice. To save a copy, select Save as PDF or click Print → Save as PDF from your browser options.
Policies
What payment options are accepted?
Quest subscriptions accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB. Note that debit credit cards (such as Visa Debit) cannot be used for subscriptions.
Can I share these presets & profiles?
No. You are not permitted to share, distribute, copy, transfer, sell, or re-license any Quest products or services, nor modify and resell them as your own. Violations are considered an infringement of Red Leaf's intellectual property rights and may result in membership termination and/or legal action.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns — including for software or camera incompatibility. Please verify compatibility requirements before purchasing. Refunds for accidental duplicate purchases are subject to transaction fees. Products are delivered as digital downloads — no copying or reproducing beyond your licensed use is permitted.
